In 1958, the foundations were laid for the success of the gauff.com. The international activities of the company commenced as early as 1965, thanks to a contract it was awarded in Africa.

Today, seven subsidiaries with annual sales of over 70 million euros and more than 600 employees form an internationally operating, independently consulting engineering company that maintains a permanent presence in over 25 countries. Our international business focuses on Europe, Africa, and Asia.
Outsourcing of administrative tasks
Gauff Management GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 2003 for the outsourcing of strategic and commercial tasks. As an administrative service provider, Gauff Management undertakes commercial administration, human resource management, legals advice as well as central IT services and marketing for the individual companies.
In all areas and functions, we regard personal responsibility, team spirit and the will to perform as key elements of our work. We make every effort to encourage this approach. However, we also believe we have a responsibility towards our employees – from their very first day at gauff.com.

Human rights and anti-corruption measures at gauff.com
The company management does not tolerate any discrimination on the grounds of gender, skin colour, origin, age, disability, religion, sexual orientation or political opinion. Any acts of discrimination will be handled by the relevant authorities and have legal or civil consequences. We treat any offences, such as corruption or white-collar crime, in the same manner.
Everyone is called upon
Our employees are instructed about our preferred conduct in training sessions. In addition, each employee receives a compliance handbook and can consult the compliance officer in case of uncertainty or actual inappropriate behaviour.
This also applies to people outside our company: if you wish to report an actual compliance violation affecting our company, or wish to receive further information about compliance and our code of conduct, please contact our compliance officer or our legal department.
For us, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a task and a duty. We are committed to diverse projects and at different levels in Germany and abroad.
For example: our activities abroad had their start around 50 years ago in Kenya. As a result, we share a close bond with this region. Since 2010, we have thus supported the organisation Cargo Human Care e.V. (CHC) in Nairobi (www.cargohumancare.de).
CHC is a humanitarian and medical aid project, which was established by Lufthansa Cargo employees in cooperation with doctors from different parts of Germany. The core commitment is:
• Provide needy, sick, and impoverished people with direct medical assistance and to ensure continuous medical care.
• Provide destitute orphans that are inadequately cared for with a home as well as a future and prepare them for an independent life.
Besides providing medical help and taking responsibility for institutions such as orphanages and schools, the humanitarian organisation also supports the set-up of the necessary infrastructure.
Committed employees from gauff.com support CHC on the ground with the planning of schools, additions, and extensions, as well as wells and other infrastructure measures.
Although the CHC projects are implemented with the help of very dedicated employees working on a voluntary basis – thanks to the outstanding voluntary commitment of its employees and supporters, the administrative costs remain below 1% – it requires extensive financial resources to provide ongoing aid.
